GuguRecipe Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") explains the handling of information of users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") of the recipe search and bookmark management application "GuguRecipe" (hereinafter referred to as "this Application") provided by yatapone ("we", "us", or "our").

- Information collected: Application version, OS version, device information, device status at the time of a crash, etc.

- Application version, OS version, device information, country information
- In-app settings that can be selected within the application (search type, theme settings, bookmark sort order, etc.)
- Usage status such as operation history within the application and time spent on screens (tabs)
- Domain information of bookmarked websites
- Purpose: To analyze the usage of the application and use it for functional improvements.
c. Google AdMob (Ad Delivery)
- Information collected: Advertising ID (AAID), IP address, device information, ad display/click information, etc.
- Purpose: To deliver advertisements suitable for the User.
d. In-App Review
- Information collected: Google account information when posting a review.
- Purpose: To facilitate posting reviews to the Google Play Store.
2. Management of Information
- Information collected by the third-party services specified in "1. Information Sent to Third-Party Services" will be managed based on the privacy policies of those companies.
- We will not provide information obtained through third-party services to any other third party without the User's consent, except as required by law or when necessary to protect life, body, or property.
3. Changes to the Privacy Policy
- We may change this Policy when deemed necessary.
- When this Policy is changed, we will notify Users of the effective date and content of the changed Policy by displaying it within this Application or by other appropriate means.

本プライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます）は、yatapone（以下「当方」といいます）が提供する、レシピ検索・ブックマーク管理アプリ「ぐぐレシピ（GuguRecipe）」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）の利用者（以下「ユーザー」といいます）の情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。
1. 第三者サービスに送信される情報
本アプリは、アプリの提供および改善のために下記の第三者サービスを利用しており、それに伴い情報が収集・送信される場合があります。 本項に記載のサービスはすべてGoogle社またはその関連会社によって提供されており、収集された情報は同社のプライバシーポリシーに基づいて管理されます。詳細につきましては、以下のリンクよりご確認ください。

2. 情報の管理
- 「1. 第三者サービスに送信される情報」に定める第三者サービスによって収集された情報は、同社のプライバシーポリシーに基づいて管理されます。
- 当方は、第三者サービスを通じて取得した情報を、法令に基づく場合や、人の生命・身体・財産の保護に必要な場合を除き、ユーザーの同意なくしてさらに別の第三者に提供することはありません。
3. プライバシーポリシーの変更
- 当方は、必要と判断した場合に本ポリシーを変更することができます。
- 本ポリシーを変更する場合、当方は変更後の本ポリシーの施行時期および内容を、本アプリ内での表示その他の適切な方法によりユーザーに通知します。
- ユーザーは、変更後の本ポリシーに同意した場合に限り、本アプリを引き続き利用できるものとします。
